Meet our Owner Leo Smith. Leo has over 37 years of experience in Welding and Fabrication. He moved from his hometown of Whiteville NC to the Sanford area in 1979 to work at the Shearon Harris Nuclear plant as an X-ray welder and pipefitter. He has worked on many large projects through the years as Superintendent and Project manager. He developed an expertise in all types of welding and fabrication of various metals and process piping. Leo decided to start his own company and pass his expertise along to his employees and to many satisfied customers. Leo has a keen ear for design and how to make a project happen. He believes in quality and customer satisfaction no matter how small or large the project is.
